The “Caminetto” apartment is located on the first floor of an old farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside just 5 km from Arezzo.
The building is surrounded by a 5,000 m2 park where it’s possible to relax in the shade of age-old trees or enjoy a splendid fenced-in swimming pool overlooking the countryside.
Access to the villa is via an automatic gate and there is a reserved, shaded internal parking area. An external staircase in typical Tuscan style leads to the apartment of about 70 square meters consisting of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with fireplace, entrance hall with living room and double sofa bed, 1 bathroom and period furniture with parquet, beamed ceilings exposed and tiles.

The apartment, given its structural characteristics, is particularly suitable for families with children. A dedicated play area has been created in the adjacent outdoor space; a stone barbecue area for lunches and dinners; and a small vegetable garden where you can pick seasonal fruit and vegetables.
