Apartment “Il Giogo”

The “Il Giogo” apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside just 5 km from Arezzo.
The building is surrounded by a 5,000 m2 park where it is possible to relax in the shade of age-old trees or enjoy a splendid fenced-in swimming pool overlooking the countryside.
Access to the villa is via an automatic gate and there is a reserved, shaded internal parking area. An external staircase in typical Tuscan style leads to the apartment of about 100 square meters consisting of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and period furnishings with parquet, ceilings with exposed beams and terracotta tiles.
